We provide our services to you through the website, along with a large number of affiliates and you make a purchase from the third-party retailers ("Partner(s)") named on the Website. **Some items may be shipped by DuruNaru, specially the items that comes from Japan brands as DuruNaru Exclusive, or in special occasions we will combine shipping with the Partners.

The contract for the purchase of the products is between you and the relevant Partner, the Partner (not DuruNaru) who is legally responsible for selling the products to you. As part of the Services, we also provide some ancillary services, such as the below listed:
- Customer Service Assistance without any charge.
- Delivery Logistics Service is being provided by the Partners or DuruNaru (as mentioned above, Japanese brands) to you. We may make a charge for these services, which will be shown at checkout and prior to your purchase of the goods. Your contract with Partners or DuruNaru is concluded once the products have been delivered to you by the courier or have been collected by you from the Partners.
DuruNaru only sells the products to adults, who can purchase the goods with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, revoke memberships, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
